1. I made a mistake and would like to modify / cancel an order that has already been submitted, is it possible?

Please send contact our Customer Services Team with your order number and we will try our best to help.

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been shipped.

Please note any unwanted items can be returned for an exchange or a credit note. For more return information, please refer to our Returns and Exchanges Policy.

 

2. How long will it take for my order to be shipped once it has been placed?

We aim to ship your order within 24 hours with the exception of orders including personalized embroidery item(s). Any orders on weekends and public holidays will be shipped the next business day. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been shipped.

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to delays due to COVID-19.

3. Do you offer gift wrap for non-gift set items?

Yes, if you would like to make your own baby gift set, you will have the option to add on gift packaging. If you select more than 3 items, your gift wrapping will be free of charge along with a handwritten gift card. Use FREEGIFTWRAP at checkout.

 

4. What payment methods do you accept?

Feyre Baby accepts all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard​, American Express, Apple Pay & Google Pay. All transactions are made in Australian Dollars.

 

5. Which countries do you ship to?

Feyre Baby can deliver to most countries. However, due to COVD-19, there are some countries not currently accepting deliveries. For countries that may be affected, please visit: https://auspost.com.au/service-updates/international-delivery-updates. To learn more about our rates, please see our Shipping page.

All international shipping charges are non-refundable and international customers are responsible for the payment of any local import taxes and duties that may apply. These fees are not included in the total price quoted upon Checkout.

 

6. Which country are you shipping from?

All of our orders are shipped from our Sydney headquarters.

 

7. Are taxes included in your prices?

Our prices already include GST. International customers are responsible for the payment of any local import taxes and duties that may apply. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time as goods held at customs will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods.
